Who Prints Your Images?
I have partnered with Bay Photo just outside Santa Cruz, California for most of my print options because of their outstanding world-wide reputation for not only high quality, affordable prints, but for their amazing reputation in handling international shipping. It is important to me and true to my vision that my images are able to get out into the world outside of the United States.
For custom prints on wood, as well as specialty items like wood coasters, I utilize another reputable local printing service in Longmont, Colorado (Duraplaq), which has won numerous awards for unique high-quality products.
What print medium do you recommend for your images?
This is truly based on your personal preference and the environment in which you wish to display your art. I can however share with you some general observations. Fine art paper with matting and framing is the more traditional art look. This does an excellent job of showing all images well, especially black & white (white matting with a black frame works great for B&W images). Canvas mount images are done to replicate a 'painterly' look and are great for images that are not showing a lot of detail, like abstracts and seascapes. Metal prints show dramatic color best, however intricate shades of green are difficult to render accurately in this medium. Also, highly reflective metal pieces may require attention to your home lighting set-up. Acrylic prints are incredible for super vibrant images with elements of translucence and depth (such as water images and long exposures). They can also be rather reflective, and you may choose low gloss versions of these. Wood is awesome for landscape images and all-round as well, and can remove the need (and expense) for framing. Hope this helps, and thank you for asking.
What is your shipping policy and price structure?
Most of my shipping is handled by Bay Photo, and I trust them to deliver your chosen artwork in a safe and secure manner. These orders will typically ship via FedEx or USPS, but other options are also available. You will receive a confirmation email when your chosen artwork is shipped. We ship worldwide but please be aware of Import Duties that may be charged to you at your country’s point of entry (these are not within our control and vary vastly between countries). I have purchased prints through Bay Photo and had them shipped to my home in Colorado, and I have always been impressed with their professional packaging and shipping.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
I stand by my art 100%. If, however, you do receive an art piece that is not satisfactory you may return it for a replacement. Since all print orders are custom printed to order, we do not currently offer refunds and recommend that you carefully consider the sizes and media types when placing your order. If by chance you receive a package that is damaged during shipping please notify the courier immediately (if you see it at time of delivery). If not, please take pictures of the damaged packaging/artpiece and email to me immediately. Rest assured that a professional shipping company is caring for your order.
